Crystal Maney, ICW Group
Crystal began her career in insurance in 1999 after she graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Risk Management & Insurance bachelor’s degree. She has spent her career on the company side as an Underwriter and/or Territory Manager. She is currently a Sr. Business Development Underwriter for ICW Group, a monoline WC carrier, where she is doing both underwriting and agency management and allows her to be in the field as her passion is building partnerships with the agencies she works with on a daily basis. She became involved with Women Leaders in Insurance in 2023 and has served on both the Program and Sponsorship Committees. Crystal is married with two sons and lives in Richmond, KY. In her free time, she loves traveling, touring bourbon distilleries and bourbon hunting.

Melissa Worrell, KEMI
Melissa began her career in insurance in 2005 at Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance (KEMI) and is currently an Underwriting Supervisor. She became involved with Women Leaders in Insurance in 2019 and served on the scholarship committee and as Vice-Chair. Melissa is married with one daughter and lives in Lexington, KY. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing golf.

Cheryl Hoffer, KEMI
Cheryl is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and began her insurance career at Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance in 2002 where she currently works as a Senior Underwriter. She became involved with the Women Leaders in Insurance in 2019 and serves as Chair of the Scholarship Committee. Cheryl is also a member of the Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter CPCU Society. She lives in Richmond, KY with her husband and two rescue dogs. Cheryl enjoys traveling and especially traveling to Florida to spend time with precious family, as well as attending sporting events and Jazzercise classes.
