Melissa Worrell, KEMI
Melissa began her career in insurance in 2005 at Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance (KEMI) and is currently an Underwriting Supervisor. She became involved with Women Leaders in Insurance in 2019 and served on the scholarship committee and as Vice-Chair. Melissa is married with one daughter and lives in Lexington, KY. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing golf.

Hannah Sack, AssuredPartners
Hannah Sack is the Operations Manager for the Bowling Green, KY AssuredPartnersoffice where she leads the Personal & Commercial Lines Property & Casualty teams. In addition to her leadership duties, she also serves as an Account Executive specializing in healthcare related accounts. Hannah has been a part of the large commercial team at AssuredPartnerssince 2018. With over 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, Hannah is equipped to deliver comprehensive day-to-day service to her clients by helping them navigate complex insurance programs and mitigate risks.
Hannah is a graduate of Belmont University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Marketing. While in school, Hannah discovered her calling in insurance as an intern at a local agency. She is originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, but now calls Bowling Green, Kentucky home. Hannah enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, attending sporting events, comedy shows and spending time with her husband, Cole and cat, Boone.

Lisa Switzer, SECURA Insurance
Lisa Switzer has been in the insurance industry since the early 1990’s. She has a diverse mix of experience in Commercial, Personal and Specialty Lines roles on the company side. She was an underwriter for much of her career, starting in crop insurance before shifting her focus to more mainstream products, and has been on the Sales & Marketing side for the last 10 years. She has worked with many agents in KY throughout her career and loves the relationships she has made over the years. Switzer graduated summa cum laude from Midway College with a Bachelor of Arts in management. She earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation along with an Associate in Underwriting (AU) designation. Switzer currently works for SECURA Insurance Companies out of Neenah, Wisconsin and is the Sales Manager for KY. In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling with her family, walking, cooking, and playing golf. “I love what I do because I get to help agents. My role lets me do what I love every day.”

Kelly Hagan, AssuredPartners
Kelly Hagan specializes in employee benefits, and is responsible for leading the employee benefits division of the Midwest Region of AssuredPartners. Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience to AssuredPartners, with a background in employee benefits strategic planning, cost containment and risk management solutions, and regulatory compliance. Kelly supports the Midwest region by maximizing relationships with insurance carriers, managing client tools and resources—including compliance tools, educational seminars and webinars, and communicating employee benefits information to regional offices.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from the University of the Philippines.
